How we work
The preschool session is divided into various activities during the morning or afternoon. A typical morning session may run as follows:

Morning or afternoon children are very welcome to bring their own packed lunch to enjoy the experience of eating in a different environment. You can choose for your child to eat at home on their half days. For ideas on a healthy lunch for children, please see
What do we need to know?
Before your child starts at Preschool, you will be asked to complete a form which is confidential, giving personal information about your child. We need to have details about your child’s health, child’s Doctor and Health Visitor and emergency contact numbers etc.
Key Person System
When your child starts with
Preschool, they will be allocated to a member of staff who will help
them settle into Preschool. This person will be your child’s key
person. The key person will be responsible for observing your child and keeping the necessary records, so that we can ensure that they reach their full potential whilst with us.
