All About Noah's Ark....
The aim of Noah’s Ark has always been to give each child a wide range of educational and social experiences without discrimination.
Noah’s Ark was set up in September 1991 by the Baptist church and a group of mums who wanted to serve the community. The group first opened with six children who attended 3 mornings a week. The reputation of the group grew and now over 25 years later we are a highly regarded preschool, still based in the large secure premises of the Baptist Church. The buildings and staff have changed over the years but we pride ourselves on still offering high quality childcare and early education.
The playgroup became a registered charity in its own right in January 2010 and in October 2012 changed its name from Noah’s Ark Playgroup to Noah’s Ark Preschool.

Starting Preschool
Children can start at Noah’s Ark
when they turn 2 years old, although this is not covered by the Early
Years entitlement funding (see current opening times and fees) During
the ½ term before your child is due to start preschool, we will invite
you to visit us with your child so that both of you can experience a
preschool session. Details about the best ways of settling your child
into Preschool can be discussed with a member of staff at this
session. Some children may be eligible to receive 2 year old
funding. More information on this is available from:
Links with the Church
The Preschool is based in the School Rooms at the Cullompton Baptist Church and we are well supported by the
Church – both by volunteer helpers and committee members.
We welcome families of all religions and cultures.
At the end of the Autumn and Summer terms we hold a short concert in the Church - which is sensitive to the Christian Faith, for the children to take part in |
